These terms apply when you buy the ebook Mastering Mental Performance in HYROX (the "Ebook") from this website. The seller is Amnord Technologies LLP, India ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. The product

The Ebook is a digital product supplied as a PDF file. No physical item is shipped. The contents are described on the product page; the contents listed there are part of the Ebook you receive.

2. Price and payment

The price is $15 (US dollars) and is charged once. Buyers paying from India are charged the rupee equivalent shown at checkout (₹1,299). Payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. Your bank or card issuer may add currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees; these are outside our control. The price shown is the total you pay and includes any taxes we are required to charge.

3. Delivery

After successful payment the Ebook is available to download immediately, and a download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. The link works for 7 days and for up to 10 downloads; please save the PDF to your device. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@athnord.com with your order email and we will send it again.

4. No refunds

Because the Ebook is a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is complete. Please read the product page before buying.

If the file is corrupted, will not open, or you were charged but did not receive it, contact us and we will fix the problem by sending a working copy. If you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake, we will refund the duplicate charge.

5. Licence and permitted use

When you buy the Ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and print it for your own use. A coach may use the plans in it with their own athletes. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the Ebook or any part of it, in any form, without our written permission. All copyright and other rights in the Ebook remain with Amnord Technologies LLP.

6. Educational content only

The Ebook is educational material about mental performance in HYROX and similar fitness racing. It is not a substitute for individual coaching or professional medical or psychological advice, and it does not guarantee any particular result, time or performance. HYROX training and racing are physically demanding: check with a doctor before starting or changing your training, and stop if you feel unwell.

7. Trademarks

HYROX is a registered trademark of its owner. The Ebook is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by HYROX. Athnord is a brand of Amnord Technologies LLP.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Ebook, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
