This policy explains how Amnord Technologies LLP, India ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or buy the ebook Mastering Mental Performance in HYROX. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and other applicable law.

1. What we collect

When you browse this site: this website has no account, sign-up form or analytics, and does not set cookies of its own. Like any website, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

When you buy the ebook: payment is handled by Razorpay. You give them your email address, phone number and payment details. We receive your email address, phone number, what you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference, and we keep a record of your download link and how many times it has been used. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver the ebook and send your receipt and download link
• To answer your questions and resolve problems with an order
• To keep accounting and tax records that the law requires
• To prevent fraud and misuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only email you about other products if you have separately agreed to that, and you can stop such emails at any time.

3. Third parties

We share data only with service providers who help us run the sale: Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (website hosting and sending the download email), Microsoft (our mailbox). They may process data outside India; where they do, they are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. Two services load only when you use them: the YouTube video (from Google) when you press play, and Razorpay's checkout window when you press the buy button. Each may receive your IP address and set its own cookies; see their privacy policies.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years), and support emails for up to 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete or anonymise them.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (except records we must keep by law), or withdraw any consent you gave. Email hello@athnord.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland

We rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (delivering the ebook and support), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and legitimate interests (preventing fraud and keeping the site secure). You also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to data portability. You can complain to your local data protection authority. Where data is transferred outside your country, our providers use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Security

We use reputable providers, secure (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to make the purchase for you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
